Sit on the floor or ground.
Imagine red light at the base of your spine, anchoring you into the Earth.
Say aloud:
βI am safe. My body is strong. My energy is rooted.β
β¨ Step 2: Eye of the Mind β Cooling Breath
Inhale slowly through the nose, exhale through pursed lips
Bring your awareness to the point between your eyebrows
Feel it softening, loosening, cooling

Gently press the Third Eye point with your fingers
Visualize indigo or violet light swirling
Whisper:

Write down your top 3 repeating thoughts
