You can perform this healing solo, during your moon time, or on full/new moon nights. Set sacred space with candles, flowers, and a bowl of water.
🌸 Step 1: Root Chakra Grounding
Sit or lie down with your spine straight
Breathe deeply and feel the Earth supporting your body
Visualize red roots growing from your Root Chakra deep into the soil
Say:
“I am safe. I am supported. I am rooted in love.”
🌸 Step 2: Call in Your Mother line
Close your eyes and call forth:
Your mother
Her mother
Her mother’s mother
And all the women before them
Visualize them standing behind you — a line of women, some silent, some smiling, some crying
Say:
“I see you. I honor you. I feel your love and your pain.”
🌸 Step 3: Light Womb Connection
Place both hands gently on your lower belly (womb area)
Inhale golden light into your hands
Imagine the light entering your womb, melting pain, shame, grief, and fear
Whisper:
“Dear womb, it is safe to release what was never mine.”
🌸 Step 4: Emotional Release
Allow tears, yawns, heat, or emotion to arise
Feel your womb and Root Chakra soften
Say aloud:
“With love and reverence, I return these wounds to the Earth. I keep the wisdom. I release the pain.”

Visualize a rose blooming in your womb
Thank your maternal line for their strength
Say:
“May this line now be free. May I be the joy they prayed for.”
